Agile People offers a full range of candidate solutions including permanent and contract. Agile also offers more flexible options, including our unique Assessment Days and Sure Start solutions.
Contract
Agile People provides temporary, fixed-term or contract recruitment services.
Professionals are available from one-day assignments up to an on-going period or, alternatively, meeting the need for the trend towards fixed term contracts.
All resources are supplied on a time and materials basis where flexible notice periods are available.
Permanent
Agile utilises various methodologies to ensure our clients only see the most suitable candidates.
We source candidates from our extensive international database and our network of professionals and technical specialists.
All candidates will be pre-screened and reference-checked before they get to the interview stage.
Candidates will be headhunted or can be sourced on a retained assignment basis, where appropriate.
Sure Start
Agile's unique Sure Start programme differs from a standard permanent recruitment plan, because it allows clients to spread the cost and risk of recruiting.
In effect Sure Start allows companies the option to hire staff and assess their suitability over a set period, normally 3 or 6 months, with the placement fee spread out over that period. If, at the end of the period, you are fully satisfied with the new employee, then they will continue working with you, as normal. The flexibility of Sure Start becomes apparent only if you decide, at any stage, that the individual is not suitable. In this eventuality, their position may be terminated immediately without incurring the full placement fee, or any additional costs.
Highlight of the Sure Start programme are as follows:
- All candidates are initially employed on a pro-rata basis through Agile People.
- Agile People assumes all responsibility for payroll and employment laws during the Sure Start period.
- Flexible notice of termination of employment within the Sure Start period'.
- No single fee is charged by Agile People, rather it is spread over the Sure Start period.
Assessment Days
Agile’s alternative to the standard contract recruitment process allows you to assess candidates in a live environment for 8 hours before committing to a long-term contract.
Contract terms are provisionally agreed prior to the Assessment Day, and then confirmed upon successful completion.
